For over sixteen years Hunter & Hunter Consultants, Inc. has successfully assisted it’s not for profit, for profit and local governmental clients in the areas of community development, economic development, housing and education. Since 1996, Hunter & Hunter Consultants have been instrumental in assisting their clients in the development and management of a variety of stand alone as well as interrelated projects such as: park development, negotiation with state agencies for surplus land, business park development, housing infill, neighborhood revitalization, elderly housing construction, first-time homebuyer programs, housing rehabilitation, business attraction, retention and expansion, multi-family housing development, revolving loan fund development, and reconstructive use of existing buildings. H&HCI has also helped its clients design and implement efforts to improve local interagency relationships, create positive relationships between the client and various funding agencies, and improve public image and public relations.
